[Kote Scientist] Why do Arabic numerals look like this??

Hello, Stopgamers! Have you ever wondered why Arabic numerals look the way they do?? What’s behind their drawing?? Why does one look like "1", two like "2", three like 3, etc.d.? Why exactly this way and not otherwise? What is this, the whim of the artist who invented them? Or is everything much more complicated and interesting, there is a certain mystery in this?

Even as a child, I was interested in why we are taught at school to write 7 with a line in the middle. I asked the teachers, they answered so as not to confuse one with seven. It sounds far-fetched, since in the West a long time ago they wrote 7 without a dash, since it was abolished many years ago. However, they certainly don’t confuse 1 with 7. No, there is something else here, more interesting and secret, mysterious and ancient. After all, the ancients never did anything for nothing. They have a hidden meaning in everything, incomprehensible to a wide audience. After all, knowledge was previously classified, only a small part of the population, the priests, owned it. Because knowledge is power and power is power. When everyone is endowed with power, power disappears, and with it the meaning of priesthood disappears. But time passes, their knowledge gradually leaks and spreads.

Recently, bookstores have been filled with various literature promoting an alternative view of history. The authors of these books completely negate the modern understanding of antiquity. Their books are fantastic, shocking and not recognized by the scientific majority. The facts on which the narratives are based are indirect, but there are many of these facts and they wittily complement each other, explaining simple things in simple language. Are they telling the truth?? It’s already a matter of faith. Only the reader can agree with the author or not.

In one of these books, I found the answer to my childhood question about the seven. The book was called “Veles, the god of the Rus,” author Alexander Belov. In it I read an interesting theory of the origin of numbers. It is not recognized by the scientific majority, therefore it is considered not scientific. But, like any other theory, another point of view has the right to life.

I’ll quote it to you now:

“It is still unknown exactly https://love-casino.org who exactly invented numbers. The numbers are said to be Arabic. But what should the Arabs consider in the waterless deserts of Arabia and the Sahara, where they led a nomadic lifestyle?? Livestock, livestock. What’s on the head of the animal?? Horns. This is how they marked one head – one bull with a tick – similar to V. This tick – the horns – is all that remains of the bull’s head. As you know, in the old days people preferred to draw picture-images – pictograms. Then these pictures were stylized, and they became abstract icons, numbers and letters… Therefore, only horns remained from the bull’s head. So: the numbers are the number of goals. One head – two horns – tick (V). Two heads – two ticks, etc. l. To save money, they began to depict the number of goals with one stroke of the pen. After all, it’s quite tedious to count checkmarks if there are a lot of them. This is how numbers arose that reflected the number of heads in the herd".
Rice. 1 is a reconstruction of the first Arabic numerals, illustration taken from the book by Alexander Belov. The numbers 4.7 differ quite strongly from modern records.

Numerical series of so-called Arabic numerals, where each digit indicates the number of horns. The number ten resets the number series, and it continues further at the level of tens, hundreds, thousands, etc. d. involving the same first ten digits. The number of horns is indicated in the numbers.

Rice. 2 taken from Wikipedia. As you can see, the number 4.6 is more like a modern notation, the rest either coincide with Fig. 1, or are inferior to them in terms of logic (in accordance with modern notation) of the drawing.

Rice. 1 and 2 complement each other, but the number 7 on them looks very unusual. There is an opinion that the seven has undergone the greatest change. Is that so??
Let’s figure it out. As mentioned earlier, 7 with a line in the middle has not been written in the West for many years. In the Slavic states the tradition of such recording still remains. Perhaps there is something else left? Let’s try to write down the handwritten symbol for seven. And then, redraw it using only straight lines. And count the number of horns (elements V).

Rice. 3, modern notation for the number 7. It turned out exactly 7 “horns”.

From this it follows that the ancient recording of Arabic numerals was close to the modern one. Over time, for cursive writing, straight lines began to be written evenly and smoothly. And some elements of the numbers were abolished as unnecessary. However, in a number of countries, the ancient manner of writing numbers remains, very close to the original source. Isn’t it amazing?

But this is not the end of our analysis.

We have one more number left to consider, the most mysterious and unusual of all – number zero. Only this is a tautology, since the word “digit” itself comes from the Arabic word “syfr” (“zero”).

If we look at zero, we will see a circle, perfectly smooth and smooth. Without beginning and end, there is not a single horn in it. Nothing, emptiness, lack of livestock. But at the same time, zero meant infinite smallness. Within the framework of the concept of horns, it becomes clear why. In mathematics there is such a method, breaking the big into the small, into the infinitesimal. With this approach, it is possible to make a set of infinitesimal straight lines from any curved line. The same can be done with a circle symbolizing the number zero. Break it down into elementary segments, as a result we get an infinitesimal number of horns.

To prove this, let’s draw a circle. Let’s write a square in it. Let’s write another square, only rotated 45 degrees. Then we copy these 2 squares, and once again inscribe them in a circle, rotating them so that they bisect the forming arcs. We will notice that another circle will be formed inside the original square, depending on the number of inscribed squares it will become smoother. At first it looked like a square, then a polygon, then an even larger polygon, and so on until it looked like a circle (refresh the page and quickly pan to see the animation).

It turns out that there are no absolutely round objects. Any circle consists of straight infinitesimal lines. Infinity gives birth to nothingness. So our universe, in one of many theories, in total has zero mass, energy, density and much more zero.
0 is the universe, the starting point, the primary beginning. So much meaning in one number.

Likewise, sciences are “squares” of different sizes: some have found out more, others have found out less. From here and different sizes. We can get the general picture by taking a square of the same size from each science and carry out the operation as described above. The sphere formed in the center will present a real, non-contradictory picture of the world. But it will be only a small tiny part of the complete, absolute, infinitely large reality.
